Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs

How do I make an enquiry

The best way to make an enquiry is by emailing the Victoria Theatre Box Office at box.office@calderdale.gov.uk or by calling the Box Office on 01422 351158. You can call the Box Office at any time and if there is no-one to answer the phone, please leave a message and a member of the Box Office team will call you back when the Box Office opens.

Whilst we also have the facility to be contacted on social media, we do not recommend this method for any ticket related enquiries.

Is there a booking fee?

All ticket prices include a theatre support fee, which goes towards important restoration and maintenance of our theatre. There are no additional fees on top of the published ticket price when purchasing your tickets directly from the Victoria Theatre website or Box Office.

What should I do if my tickets haven’t arrived before a show?

If you have selected print at home, tickets will be sent to you by email straight away. Please make sure you check your email junk folder too. If you have selected COBO, you can collect your tickets from the box office any time up to the event. If you have opted for your tickets to be mailed to you and they haven’t arrived by the date of the event you have booked for, please contact the box office to arrange a replacement ticket.

Can I refund or exchange my tickets?

The Victoria Theatre does not offer refunds or exchanges unless a performance is cancelled. You will be given the option to purchase TicketPlan protection for your tickets at an extra cost.

What is booking protection and what does it cover?

TicketPlan is a third-party ticket protection service that will provide cover for your tickets if you are unable to attend an event due to any of the reasons listed in the TicketPlan agreement. We recommend that you familiarise yourself with the cover by viewing their policy here before purchasing TicketPlan or making a claim.
