Following his most recent single ‘I Don’t Understand It’, a sold-out summer tour, largest ever SOLD OUT shows outside the UK, collaborations with Italian legend Zucchero and Australian pop royalty Natalie Imbruglia, Jack Savoretti releases Bada Bing, Bada Boom featuring the formidable Miles Kane (The Last Shadow Puppets).

Jack Savoretti has also announced a 2025 solo unplugged UK tour at some of his favourite venues, with his first mainland date at The Victoria Theatre, Halifax on Wednesday 26 February, where he will perform fan favourites from across all his albums.

Talking about Bada Bing Bada Boom, and working with Jack Miles Kane says: ‘I’ve written with many artists and songwriters, all different types of songs, and I have to say this is up there with the best of them, Jack is a true artist and songwriter. We started kicking about melodies over the chords I was playing with a surf guitar sound and within a few hours Bada Bing was written! It’s my first ever song singing in Italian on the BVs, and it’s definitely the coolest song you will hear all year I guarantee you that!’

The dark yet playful record blends all the recognisable roughness and elegance of Jack’s voice with the grit and attitude of Miles’s guitar and vocal performance creating a fun and combustive record perfect to light the last of the summer nights.

Over the past years Jack Savoretti has taken the male singer songwriter genre in a direction entirely of his own. As he has evolved from the guitar picking troubadour that caught the attention of Hollywood’s music supervision community early on in his career to more recently the chart-topping arena selling crooner, he manages to avoid every pigeon-hole thrown in his direction. Now with his 8th album ‘Miss Italia’ he continues to forge this singular path. While few artists mange to make an 8th album, even less do so in a different language and to such critical acclaim. In the words of The Times, ‘Jack sounds like an Italian Joe Cocker.’

Miss Italia’ came at an important moment in Jack’s life, as his Italian father had recently passed away. Jack explains; My father was the anchor that tied me to Italy, the connection to my roots that I felt I was at risk of losing without him. So I went back to school. I didn't want to imitate Italian music, I wanted to make it my own, combining everything I had learned over almost 20 years of experience from working in America, England, and Italy, merging Anglo-Saxon singer-songwriting with Italian to create something unique. I first had to learn to write in Italian before making MY album in Italian.

For an artist who has been making and sold millions of albums for over sixteen years, Jack’s reputation as a singer-songwriter is perfectly epitomised by the kinds of collaborators he attracts, previously including cultural icons the likes of Bob Dylan, Kylie Minogue, Shania Twain, Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Nile Rodgers among many others. Now, Miss Italia begins a new chapter in this distinguished career.

Jack Savoretti has partnered with PLUS1 to support War Child. £1 from every ticket sold will help War Child to protect children affected by war. For more information please visit: https://www.warchild.org.uk/
